How the travel fee worksThere is no standard travel fee within Louisville, Kentucky (Jefferson County), or for appointments in New Albany, Jeffersonville and Clarksville. Outside Louisville (Jefferson County)—including Crestwood, Mount Washington, Bullitt County, Shelby County, Fort Knox and Corydon—an additional fee applies based on distance and will be confirmed before your appointment.

A $25 booking deposit applies toward completed repairs. The deposit is nonrefundable for no-shows or when service is refused after arrival. Infested devices are subject to TRUFIX safety policies and additional fees.
